What’s Happening:

Some of our patients have reported receiving phone calls from people offering back braces, genetic testing, or other medical products. These callers may claim to be from Lakeview Healthcare System or say they’re working with us.

Please Know:

• We will NEVER call you to offer back braces or genetic testing over the phone.
• If you receive one of these calls, do not give any personal or insurance information.
• Simply hang up immediately.

What To Do:

If you receive a suspicious call like this, please:

1. Do not engage with the caller.
2. Hang up.
3. Call your local office directly to report the incident.

Staying aware and cautious helps protect you and others in our community from fraud.
